My three yrs old did not urunate since 4:00pm and it is now 9:30. She is complainng about tummy acke and walking funny. We though she is constipated so we gave her a repository about 1/2 ago and nothing happen yet, please advise?

Get her to the doctor or ER as soon as possible.
