I had a csection 3/28 and got the depo 4/21 should I still be bleeding

If the bleeding has been since the depo, than yes, you could still be bleeding. Depo may cause someone to bleed for several months before bleeding subsides or stops altogether.

If you have concerns, see your doctor to rule out any other possibility.
