If yours is like have little worry, I've gone to the doctor (well actually many) about it, and they all said the same thing, it is just a calcium build up, its not a big deal, I could have it removed if I wanted, but it doesn't bother me so...

Nope mine doesn't move and it started making my neck ache tonight :/
