Does anyone know if push in type romex connectors can be used to enter a load center in NYC

I can't see why they wouldn't be, but no, sorry, I for one can't say for sure.

They are UL approved but NYC may have specific code. HD in ATL has just about run out of the screw base type, at least in the smaller sizes.
