Yes I have but everyone keeps telling me different things to do and I am always told to contact the online bankers by phone but everyone of them I talk to say things that the other would say is right and would say it was wrong( back and forth). I have been with this bank for a year but also when I went in to talk to a Branch Manager she got rude with me and suggested to close my account. I don't know if it's what branch I go to but for the last year I have always had problems with Chase.

First of all I did not tell two storys I just didn't post the whole problem on here at first and I didn't go into the bank being a hood rat I am very professional and I had these problems with this bank. I went into the branch I got a rude response from the branch manager. I had other brach workers tell me to call the online service and the online service saw the misstake but someone on the other end of the bank in another department stop the payout and said they were not sending the payment. But I was told by three people on the phone it was getting sent and then I had a couple other people tell me that it was not and they didn't see a claim filed or reveresal for the amount so I am having issues wuth the bank I just did not post the whole problem at first.

I meant I was told two storys I just decided to open a nother acount else where but I don't know what to do about my money because it was a large amount.

When I ask her about the problem it already seemed like she was having a bad day but she was like if I am not satisfied with their service I can close my account. The reason why I had gotten three different people was because when one was done and I would ask a question on it they would say well I don't know let me transfer you to another department and they can answer your question and when they transfer me the other department would ask me what the issue was I would explain to the my question and then they would ask what's the question regarding and I would tell them and then they would say well let me transfer you to another department that might can better assist you. The bank office when I went in they looked into their computer and said that it looks accurate to them and they said if the online department feels like it was done in error they would have to deal with it.

Yes your right about what happened and I am going to try that I already wrote a letter to their head office so I'm going to see what the out come of it will be. But thanks for the advice.

No it was inside the bank that made the debit I went inside a branch and opened a savings account and the amount for the acount was suppose to be just debit once and put into savings and it shows that transaction plus another debit of the same amount but when they looked into my savings it was only the credit of the one transaction but not the other one.
