I think it is a 1980's sci-fi/horror film. Aliens come into a small town and start to control people. You can tell a person has been "transformed" because there is something on the back of their necks... What is the name of this movie?? :confused:

Sounds like "Invaders from Mars" Original made in 1953, remake sometime in the 80's

Sounds like Invaders from Mars, which was a remake of a film by the same name from the 50s

I could be wrong because the movie that I am thinking about came out in 1994 but its called The Puppet Masters. Donald Sutherland is in it. And there are aliens in it that attach to the back of peoples necks. I hope this helps. It's the first thing that came to mind when I read your question!
