It is about finding a nazi who was hiding in israel (I think) and who finally was caught by his own son who found out who he really was! The final scene shows a boat with the man inside, that was blown by a bomb maybe. Any help?

Thanks for the answer, but I'm afraid it isn't what I'm looking for. This man was a nazi in the world war 2 and changed his identity and became jewish but some people including his son and his girlfriend, found out who he really is. I think it is a 90's movie.
