What are people doing for the last day of the world?
Friends and I have been talking about where and what we will be doing for the end of the world... lol.

Hubby and I will be working so we will not even get to be together when it all goes to boom. That is if it happens at exactly 12:01 am on Sat. Joys of overnight shifts. I am concerned that the crazies will be out that night though, so not really impressed I am working.

A friend and I are planning to have drinks on Sunday to celebrate the end of the world :) Yes I did say Sunday :)

Well it's the weekend, so I have a new pump to put in my fish tank, shopping and time with the kids.
As I haven't scheduled any time for "the End of The World" I guess it will have to wait some ;)

I have a bunch of crow marinading especially for another member as he promised he'd eat it...

I have the weekend off, so we'll be working on the yard. Also, it's a long weekend here.

I have company coming at the end of June. AMHD company! Bella is coming to visit me for 2 weeks. Her and her lovely daughter E. Lots to do before then.

So I'll be a bit too busy to worry about the apocalypse. ;)

That is so nice Alty. I would love to meet some of you, but until we get caught up on bills, there is very little travel. We do have a vacation planned down home but the tickets are all ready bought, and can't be cashed in.

OMG just thought of all that money wasted if the world ends on Sat :P stamps foot that is not fair at all. I want to go on vacation before it ends

Mogrann, don't worry, you'll have plenty of time to not only go on vacation, but to go on many others after you get caught up. :)

If I'm wrong, I'll eat that crow Ben is marinating. :)

I have a childbirth class to teach in the morning, then thought I might either be lazy and go to the beach, or be industrious and do some yard work.

Leaning towards the beach since if the world does end, the yard work won't matter anyway... ;)

I have a geocaching run planned for Sunday morning, my first time doing a run on mountain bike. I plan to bring extra sunscreen for the fires of hell.

Exy, if you help with my yard work and spring cleaning, I'll let you pick me up. I'll even buy your drink of choice if you put in a few hours of hard labor. :)

No, guys! It's NOT the end of the wold. That's in October. This will be just the end of the world as we know it.

They'll be earthquakes galore, but just glide carefully around piles of debris and stay out in the open. You'll probably notice people are missing, but they got raptured (or are crushed under the rubble). Most of us will still be around and can continue to hang out on AMHD. (Lots more help may be needed because of the 'quakes.)

Synchronize your watches. It'll begin at 6 p.m. PDT. Over and out for now.

Debris? But I have yard work to do! I don't need to be moving debris, there's already dog poo! ;)

LOL! I doubt that anyone I know will be missing.

Oooh, maybe my boss will be raptured and I won't have to work on Tuesday. Dare I dream? :)

I don't think Canada will be affected.

LMAO! Are you saying that we're exempt from the wrath of God?

I love it! I knew my parents made the right choice moving here. Canada is safe. Gardening tomorrow! Should I plant perennials or annuals? ;)

For sure, perennials. (I've heard that Canada is the Final Destination.)

WG, quick, get your butt to Canada. You can come shopping with me for perennials, and baking goods. :)

I saw the prettiest orange roses at the store yesterday. Very nice. A bit expensive for my bank acount (over $40) but boy oh boy, they were beautiful. Sadly my front yard isn't rose friendly, and my back yard has gone to the dogs. Literally!

If I spend money on perennials the end of the world better not happen! I want to see those flowers bloom next year.

Oh, did I mention that my chives survived! Yay me!
