Toilet water in bowl slowly drains
Hi, my toilet water keeps slowly draining out. It flushes. I was wondering if the cap being off the clean out pipe on the exterior of the house (directly behind the toilet) could have anything to do with this? Thanks:o

Generally not an issue, but if debris and other stuff, bird nest e.g. got in there it could. Get a 5 gal bucket of water and pour it into the cleanout. How fast does the water run out? If fast, your clog is before the cleanout and if slowly, the clog is in the line, past the cleanout. Caps are readily available or wrap some plastic wrap over the hole.
