I own an acre of property with a very OLD house, the house still has a mortgage. I want to put a doublewide on the property and live in it while we attempt to fix the house. Will I be able to get a loan for the mobile home, since the OLD house and land has a mortgage on it? I have never owned a mobile home or have no idea what I have to do. Can it conntect to our septic and water? Will the mobile home people do that for me? Where do I start to research this information?
