Internet not connecting to certain items
Awhile ago my friend was spending the night and got her laptop out to go on the internet and when she logged on it asked her to connect to our internet router, when she did it asked for her to name the network and she did. The internet on my laptop, her laptop, and our two home computers worked fine but our Wii lost the internet connection, my brother's iPod and my iPod lost connection, and my brother's XBox lost the connection. For the ipods it asks for the computer's password when you want to connect but when we tried that it said the password was wrong and we don't know why because it's the right password. We called the computer company but when the man went in to fix it from his office it didn't do anything at all. My main question is how can we get the ipods, Wii, and XBox to connect back to the router so we can use them. If you need specific names for anything just let me know and I'll answer them if it's of any help. Thank you.

Are you sure they are trying to connect to your network and not someone else's that lives close to you ?

Other than the above, your other option is to reset the router and write down the new network key/password and reconfigure all devices that connect to the router.

Different routers (brands and models) offer different options. I like my Netgear router because I can configure it as "open" and "no security" (SSID also broadcast) but I can still restrict access to only certain Mac addresses! Are you sure that some such restrictions are not in place in the router you are connecting through?

The one that we have is a Belkin G I believe and it wasn't locked or anything before this all happened and afterwards it was locked and won't let us unlock it.

You have to connect to it through a cable. It won't accept commands in wireless mode.
