Hello I just found out I am pregnant about five days ago I went to the hospital and my HCG level was 129 on Thursday. The doctor did an ultra sound and didn't see anything. So on Friday I went back and my HCG went up to 156 took another ultra sound still didn't see anything. I have been spotting for about a week. Every time I use the bathroom and I wipe I would see pink or dark brown blood. Now its Monday and my HCG level drop to 130 and I'm starting to feel cramps but no heavy bleeding only spotting. I'm wondering what is going to happen next.

I'm sorry to hear your visits have not been reassuring. With numbers dropping, and nothing being seen, it may be an early loss. Difficult to do, but it often is a matter of waiting and seeing what results.

What has your doctor said? Have they scheduled another scan for a few days from now? With that, and another blood check, they will likely know more.

Yes I have to go back on Friday to see. I'm just waiting and praying for a change. But the Lord knows best
