Quitclaim Deeds when owned property prior to marriage in OK
I have only been married for five months in Oklahoma. The deed to the house and loan are in my name only; however, OK is a joint tenancy state. The Divorce decree states the property reverts back to me. Will I still require a quitclaim deed to be signed?

OK is not a community property state. Joint tenancy is a term that does vary somewhat in definition according to jurisdiction, but only when it is used on a document such as a deed. Your deed and mortgage are in your name, and the divorce affirms that you keep the property. You don't need to deed it to yourself.
