I've been looking for some help on using safety pins to make the projects with beads that include safety pins. Only trouble I have is getting the bads o the safety pins. When I try to do it, I'm always having a hard time getting into the curled part at the end of the safety pin. It always ends up being bent out of shape and I can't get it back to the usual shape to for on with the project. Is there some tool to use or a way to do this without ruining the safety pin?

I have done a little safety pin beadwork, but I have never tried getting the beads to go beyond the curled part. I am not sure if there are special tools, maybe pliers?
