I really need my period to come sooner than the due date... umm... my period this month is on 25th may and I need it to come sooner because I'm going on a holiday with my family to a tropical destination and I can't have my period then because it will just ruin everything. Any suggestions?

When you take the contraceptive pill there is always a 7day break you take between each pack, during this break your period comes on. If you don't want your period to come you start a new pack with out the 7 day break. But please clear this with your doctor, some brands are safe to do so but I would urge you to clear this up with a professional, I am not a professional.

How old are you? Are you currently on any type of contraceptive pill or device?

Your period is regulated by hormones, there is no natural way that I know of to bring it on early, however stressful situations, illness etc can effect your cycle.

Sometimes your period just comes at those awkward times and you just have to make the best of it, if you don't need a contraceptive pill I would advice against it for the sake of a few days holidays.
