I have a 1 year old GE WBVH5300 front load washer. Yesterday I put a load of clothes in and after a few minutes had gone by on the timer, the washer door unlocked and would not do anything further. Opening the door, I found the detergent just sitting in the gasket part of the door. I first checked the water hoses and verified waters was going through them fine. I then checked the drain hose which was clean. The cleanout on the bottom of the washer was clear. Afterwards I entered the service mode, door locked fine and initially saw an error code E30 for I believe the drain pump. I ran a test on the drain up and some water (only a little as I believe that's all that was in it) had drained out. Next I ran a water level test and water came in fine, after which was drained out with no issue. The washer is under our extended warranty and I have a service tech coming in a couple of days, but I would really like to figure out where to go next or at least cover all the basics before he gets here. Does anyone have any other ideas??
