I have a 16 year old american eskimo and she was always full of energy. But lately she has slowed down and she has blood in her urine and her eyes have started to twitch. What could be wrong with her?

She needs to see a Vet - now.

There are too many things to guess at. 16 is an old age for a dog. She definitely has something going on that you can not fix at home. There isn't anything we can offer to make her comfortable until you can see a vet. There are just too many what if's.

Sounds like her body is giving up on her. You need to go to vet and talk about your options and if there is anything that can be done.
