I have a 50amp two pull GFCI breaker, that keep triping, when I take the load wires off it it still trips, with the load wires off and the white wire is unhooked it doesn't trip, bad GFCI?

What wire are you using for this breaker? Are you running 2 separate feeds or a split neutral? If you are running a split neutral, it will not work with a GFCI circuit.
Assuming that what you have is a 50 amp 240 volt double breaker.

If you can unplug motors, blower, lighting, etc, then plug back in, one at a time to see what is causing the problem.
Show a photo of how this breaker is connected.
