A schedule for cash disbursements can have different looks, but basically you will have columns for a time (could be a month or a quarter) and your cash disbursement are listed by type - possibly Materials, Labor, Overhead, Selling and Admin Costs, etc. It all depends on the business and what you are trying to do.
