I live in Fl with my son and his father I want to leave him but he won't let me leave with my son and threatens to harm me if I try and he threatens to runoff with my son if I try taking him to court. I was told before that I can't take my son out of the house (move) without my son's father's consent even though I only want to move downtown. So my question is what form do I need to file to be able to get custody ASAP?

It doesn't work that way. I suggest you contact an attorney. Or, at least a support group for abused women.

You either have to file for divorce at, at least, a separation. {art of that filing will include temporary custody.
