    Drink driving law
Hi,I was recently done for drink driving and my breath sample was forthy on the intoxometer. So I was offered a blood sample as the breath sample was so low I was just wondering if my blood sample will be more accurate than the breath sample ?

Blood is more accurate. Did you agree to the blood draw?

Yes while a good qualified officer can make his case stick even without breath or blood test.

But if they have trouble getting good breath , then they normally offer a blood test. It will be better.
