Who gets what in a divorce

First your husband can not just "throw" you out if you are in the US and married.

He will have to get a court order ( if possible) though divorce court to order you to leave.

Next if you agree to leave if he asks you to leave you can take what belongs to you from the house.

If he illegally throws you out, (physicaly) call the police since that is domestic assault and illegal.

If he changes the locks while you are gone, either just force your way in, or call the police to let you in.

If he is there and you are in fear, have the police come and be at the home while you get your belongings
