I have a problem with my computer racing does anyone have any ideas as to how to stop this before I blow out my computer?

You are going to have to explain this a bit more because speaking as a tech guy... it really doesn't make any sense.

Does "racing" mean a fan is spinning loudly? Or does it mean that the hard drive is always grinding away?

More info!can you describe what kind of abnormalities of your computer has?
