How is it possible that the ky river flows uphill?

Optical illusion. Due to gravity... nothing CAN flow uphill.. Basic law of physics... Unpowered objects can only go uphill as long as there is enough momentum to overcome the pull of gravity. But when that is exhausted... they will succumb to gravity and go downhill.
