My boyfriennd has about 8 FTAs I was wondering what kind of time he was looking at if he turned himself in?

I think the very first one was a marijuana charge than he was picked up for a warrant 3 times and was cited and released he just keeps missing his court dates..

If they finally convict him on the pot charge, they probably won't do anything about FTA's.

In most cases if he merely hires an attorney works out a deal on the charges, those will be included. If he waits to be picked up, most likely they may hold him without bail till the case ( which could be a long time in some areas)
