Looking into buying a piece of property that is in short sale but there are tennants in their and they haven't paid rent for 5 months if i buy this property can i and how do i get them out ?

If they haven't paid rent in 5 months have the current owner them a 10 day pay or quit notice. If they don't vacate them have them evicted. If you purchase the property you will have to give them 90 days to find a new place to live.

You can offer to pay the filing expenses for the current owner.
