I flush toilet, A burst of air comes shooting out of the small hole, the water level is low then it fills with water no swirl and no drainage. After a few minutes water slowly drains but leaves paper or solid matter. I have tried plunging, filling a bucket of hot water and pouring several times, my husb. Snaked it, and I evenplunged some draino down it making sure not to leave any in the actual porcelain part of toilet.When you first turn on the bath sink there's a smell (yuck) All other drains are fine. Are all the flappers working properly in the toilet tank? Does the toilet rush full with water and then slowly drain?

Lolly, sounds like you have a clog. You say "my husb. snaked it" did he use a toilet auger? The clog could be farther along than the auger reaches. Good luck
