I have now purchased 2 different full spectrum floor lamps and not only does the bulb go out within a year, but the lamp will no longer work. I noticed there is a box in the base of the lamp which states full spectrum lighting and wondering if this is the problem with the lamps going bad and if they are replaceable. Could not find any burnt wiring or any other problems with the light. This is why I think the problem is in the box located in the base. Also, it is not the outlet or the bulb. Please help. I really loved the lamp but am now wondering if they are worth purchasing if I have to purchase a new one every year. Frustrated.
