My rheem heat pump is working but not cooling or heating properly??

Do the compressor and fan come on when you set the t-stat to cool? Are the coils clean on both sides on the outside and inside units? Does it have a new air filter? Answer these and I will be able to direct you further. DrTom4444

Yes both do com on and the coils were check twice, but we only have an outside unit, no inside.
Filter was replace two weeks ago.

So you have a package unit? Are you sure the compressor is running? It sounds like it is not coming on, just the blower. DrTom4444

I do not know if I have a packed unit. I am not sure what that is, but the thing is all in one box outside.
I can hear something coming on, but am not one hundred % sure. There is one thing I noticed. No water/condinsation is coming out of the bottom drain. I hope this help. I wish that I could give you more, but I do not know much about these things which is why I am here.

Apparently your compressor is not running. That could be anything like a thermostat, contactor, or a wire loose or broken. It's very simple, but if you don't understand how it works you need to call someone that can test the circuits. DrTom4444
