Filling out a Minnesota TODD form
On a Minnesota TODD form, there is one line that reads "Check here if all or part of the described real property is Registered(Torrens)". How do I tell if the real estate is registered?

Sorry, but I have no idea what a "TODD form" is. I googled it and came up with no clue.

The Torrens Title system was adopted by Minnesota and a few other states around the turn of the previous century. It apparently seemed like a good idea at the time, but never caught on elsewhere in the country. Apparently your county courthouse has an office which is in charge if title registration under that system, so I would check with the courthouse.
