I think the movies is from 1980-2000, I watched it at the channal hallmark when I was a kid, it was involving dinasours, a dragon and some raptors.
And I also remember some kind of ape chruching the head to a human on a stone brick with a huge stone.
It also where some kind of tornado I think.
