Hello last Thursday I tested positive for two pregnancy tests and then later that day I began spotting. The next day I began bleeding, using one pad and lighter on Saturday, and lighter yesterday. This is not like my normal period but I'm very worried. Did I miscarry the baby?

It sure sounds like a bad egg that got shot off the assembly line.
Go get tested again in 3-4 weeks if your periods don't resume in the meantime.

It's possible, but some bleeding and spotting can be common in early pregnancy.

It is always a good idea to see your doctor once you obtain a positive result on a home pregnancy test. They will likely confirm it with a blood test and will be able to determine the level of hcg (a pregnancy hormone). A repeat test will determine whether the level continues to rise. They may also do an ultrasound.
