Yes, we can answer, but is that ethical, or helpful to answer a homework question for someone. Assume that the poster asked the homework question here because of laziness. Doing their homework would mean we are encouraging that person to stay lazy. Thinking is part of the learning process and if a student doesn't even think and gets the answer, what's the point?
