How do I find out what type of probation my boyfriend is on and if he has a probaton officer to report to because he told me that he didn't.. I was wondering bcause hesusing right now and I wanted to know if that was a violation

If he is on probation, yes he has to report regularly to his probation officer, and if he is using (what?) that is definitely a violation and not good for him. He can't get out of this without creating more trouble for himself. If you phoned the courts, I don't think they would give you any information.

Maybe. Maybe not. A conviction is a public record, available for anyone to examine. Many courts have that information available online. If not, you could go to the clerk of court and ask to see the case file for any criminal cases there may be against him.

Even if you saw the case file, it will only tell you that he was sentenced to probation.. If you call the probation office, they won't tell you anything. His status with them ISN'T public information.

But, if he's using, and that's a problem for you, instead of snitching him off, why don't you just leave?

But wouldn't it give her a clue as to whether "he has a probaton officer to report to"?
