So I only have work for 3 days , shifts of 4 hrs... and I really don't like the job, The question is... can I just say " today is my last day that I work for you? " o I have to wait for 30 days?? What can I say ? I will appreciate your help! Thanks

Is it an "at will" workplace? If so, you may walk out/quit, no questions asked.

You work 12 hours a week and you can't put up with it? There are people out there with college degrees that are homeless because they can't find work, and you're complaining about 3 four hour shifts each week?

Give your notice. Most places you only need to give 2 weeks, but that depends on the contract you have.

Good luck finding a job you do like, in today's economy that's not likely.

@altenweg totally agreed... The only think is, is not the job I expect and I have the rights to have some errors in my lfe. Seriously I thought they have great environment ( I ask for some info, and I only receive faces from the girl that "supposed " she will be training , they don't have Commissions and the training is sO bad that they don't explain you much of the stuff, they expect
You to learn lots of info for each product I know is my job but shifts are for 3 to 4 hrs and really busy with costumers; how can you learn all the info if you study all day? And when you go back to work you can't do it because you are with customers so busy?? If you find a solution for that- 3 girls that are not working anymore for that store that have the same problem and the only exit was -that quit the job- I willl keep the job ! Thanks ;)
