Does you being possessive mean you're clingy? What is it? We need more information.

If she doesn't like it, then yes, it's a wrong by you, to her.

If she's brought your behavior to your attention, told you it upsets or troubles her and nothing changed - then you can't say you weren't warned.

I believe when people say it's over they mean it.

What can you do? You have two options: 1) you cab cry, feel sorry for yourself, hate the girl for making you feel this way, ask God why he is doing this to you, drunk dial her, make her never talk to you again, and allow the depression to sink in between every pore of your body. Or 2) You can look at this break up as a good experience over all, keep yourself busy while time heals you wounded heart, learn that being possisive will make a woman run away from you, take time to work on yourself while relearning how to be happy by yourself, and continue living your life with your head up looking forward to several other women that will make you happier in the remaining years of your life. The choice is yours.

I would recommend that you do the second one because that one is a lot more mature and more graceful. Just to answer your other question. YES, being possessive is bad, in fact, everything is bad if taken to an extreme, and it will always shred your relationship apart so next time control yourself.

    Good luck,

Work on your issues so that they don't carry over into future relationships.

Heal from the break up and rebuild your life.
