My husband is trying to find his father he has never known. Husband born in 1967 in Northern California and we think his Father's name is Russell Madison

I find 4 in California, about age 60. Hundreds across the Country.

The only thing I have is a picture of them when the were younger. Evidently they did not have a long relationship. My husbands Mother says she doesn't know anything else about the Father. They did live in Oakland, CA and my husband was born in Sonora, CA.

Well my husband's name is Steve. His Mother's name at the time was Linda Joyce Martinovich. She was about 20 years old when she had Steve. Linda apparently didn't know Steve's Father too well or she doesn't want to tell us anything. I believe they were in County of Tuolumne, Sonora Regional Hospital. Steve's Date of Birth is 09/09/1967. How about Hospital records? Would that help?
