What is the normal jail time for violating probation 2 times
My boyfriend has been in jail for over 5 months and the judicial system keeps postponing his court dates. What is the normal jail time if he violated probation 2 times and has 2 judges the face.

Whatever the judge decides it is... seriously... if they have a bad day before his case comes up its going to be a lot longer than if they had a good day.

And a lot depends on what he was on probation for and what his exact violation was.

Thanks smoothy. I did a lot of research and the most he can get in jail time is what his original probation time was. They changed his trial to a status hearing. That confused me. Is a status hearing better then an actual trial?

He can only have another trial if he has new charges to answer to or has a retrial for some reason or has won a shot at an appeal for his conviction. The status hearing I believe is to deal with his probation violations that will likely result in his probation being revoked.
