It could be the start of your period. It is not uncommon for periods to be off a couple of days here and there. See what happens over the next several days; whether this continues like a normal period for you.

I just want to add that it takes an average of 1 - 2 years to conceive. Some women conceive right away, but the norm falls into the 1 - 2 year range.

In other words, if it doesn't happen after a month of trying, don't get discouraged.
