    Custody chances
Okay so my husband has a daughter in Ohio. We live in Arizona. The mom always posts things about the cops showing up at her house for domestic abuse on Facebook. She's been to jail for having too loud of a party. She's gotten into a physical fight with one of her neighbors. She has said that the daughter has said two people on three different in her family have touched her. When being checked by the doctor there was no evidence and she continues to take her daughter to the family's house. The mom has also said one of her boyfriends threatened to break the daughter's arm. The mom pressed charges and then dropped them so she could continue to date the guy. And the daughter basically has had 9 "new daddys" in the year 1/2 I have known her. Is this grounds for custody?

What? Making up things on Facebook? Mere stupidity is not grounds for change in custody.

I note that virtually everything you seem to know about her supposed questionable behaviour seems to come from her own admission. Before you do anything I suggest that you get some of this independently verified.

Agreed, if the police have been called there should be police records. If the daughter was examined there should be medical records. Your husband (not you, since you have no legal standing) needs to get those records before deciding how to proceed.
