Well I just got my belly pierced April 28 2011 and today may 4 that area is red the person who did mine told me to use bactine spray my skin look irritated but clean is it just because my skin isn't used to the metal being their..? And is it sapose to have little bits of puss?

"Little bits of puss" indicate an infection and, no, that's not supposed to happen.

I would contact a Physician or the person who did the piercing.
