I know a person that was scheduled for deportation February 2004 she still resides in the US as of today. Since then she has been arrested 4 times for DUI two of those times she had children under 15 with her. The fourth time she was caught her probation was revoked and was sent to prison for 2 years but only served 11 months. Will she be deported on this charge?

Should she be deported? Apparently so.

How would Immigration find out about her felony charges?

Well, I want to know if she has to worry about immigration finding out. How would they find out? Will she be okay until she has to renew? Or Is this something that she has to do before then? Can she avoid deportation? So many questions. :(
