I asked a question about getting my husbands call history records and the answer was no. I didn't know if you could just obtain any one of the call history? Can you obtain either the incoming or outgoing calls I will be willing to pay if they are cheap?

As this is NOT your phone therein lies the main privacy issue.

If you own the account, usually it'll show up on the detailed bill (both incoming and outgoing). Otherwise you'd need the physical phone.

Although... if you are trying to get your husband's call history, I would suggest talking to him as there's obviously something more to this.
