My child's father blast all over Facebook that my child has a new daddy now and that he is going away to start a new life and never is coming back, is it possible for me to take full custody of my son due to his statement and if so how do I go by doing that?

Doesn't work like that... women badmouth the father all the time and still get custody, alimony and child support. Its no different when he does it. And its never one sided.

How about instead of having a race for the bottom... try to be the better parent.

If you think this animosity isn't going to affect your kid... you are mistaken.

He is the father... and is legally entitled to what he has.

Of course... if you want a battle... have at it... take it to court, but understand... HE might win full custody.
