I believe the OP was asking about the risks to herself. If you want to impose your own moral code, first answer the question, then you can add your moralizations.

Um, it's actually certain DEATH for the unborn.

If you are in the very early weeks of pregnancy, abortion is not usually very risky to you and will most often be done with medication. As with any procedure, there will be those few individuals where things do not go as planned.

Consider all of your options, speak to your doctor or a pregnancy center. Each choice will have it's pros and cons for each individual person.
