Need to lose weight immediately tell me how
Hwy I am 22 and I am 5'3 odd with a weight of about 68 kgs. My father who is 5'8 odd weighs 70 kgs. It is very embarrassing for me to go out with him . I have been very thin but in the past 2 years I have put on over 20 kilos because of my untreated thyroid. Now I am taking medication but there is a family function in 2 weeks and I need to know how to reduce about 10 kilos in 2 weeks I am ready to do anything so please help me

First off you don't lose anything immediately. It took time to go on... it takes even longer to come off.

And there is NO way you are losing 10 kilos in 2 weeks. Short of lopping off a leg at the hip.

Try to starve yourself... your metabolism slows to a crawl... and if you think your thyroid problem was bad... this will make it impossible to lose weight and worse... make it easier to gain a lot more before it speeds back up. That's why so many people gain even more back after a crash diet.

Few people understand that the body as a survival instinct will slow down metabolism as a way to survive a famine. Its not a conscious reaction, but an unconscious one. Basically instinct at the genetic level.

A crash diet makes the body believe there is a famine.

You have to do it slowly... and not make such a large reduction in intake that the body thinks that way. Two weeks isn't reasonable... but two months is to lose that much.
