Animated children's movie I cant think of the name
I saw this movie when I was a kid but I cannot remember what the movie was about except for a few small facts. I'm dying to remember it, so I would appreciate it if someone could help me! I remember something about a bridge with water underneath, and I'm not sure if its kids or a kid floating on a raft on the water. Then there is something about a boat with one of those wooden windmill looking things to make it go. The people on it are trying to get somewhere before someone else I think. Ahhhhh terribly vague facts but its all I've got :/
