Bathroom exhaust fan with Humidity sensor
Hello all. I'm considering on installing a fan in a small (5 x 10) basement bathroom. The space will have a shower, toilet, and sink. There is one window. So does anyone have any experiences with these humidity sensors? The fan I'm considering says the fan starts at 40% humidity. Is this a reasonable level? Any other thoughts on this system. The fan is a Delta Breez VFB25ACH.
    Thanks in advance.

They work well Delta Breez VFB25ACH Ventilation Bathroom Fan However I noted that the same fan without the sensor is expected to last 70,000 hours or 8 years. Delta makes no claim on how long this fan will operate so I am left wondering why. Humidity sensors are touchy little beasts and I am not at a point where I plan to buy one, yet.
