I'm no expert, but since you do not have a response from an expert yet, let me give you some input from experience:

I started having similar problems as you, out of the blue when I was 22. By 23, I was always anxious, always unsure, and depressed (mostly because of the first two problems). I sought professional therapy.

I was prescribed Lexapro for depression. It helped me "center" my thoughts. Life got a bit clearer. Lexapro, coupled with Therapy helped me out A LOT.

As far a disease, I am not a doctor or professional, so it would be unfair for me to give you advice on that.
