    Levy on bank accounts
I had a credit card company place a levy on my checking and savings accounts. They also tried to garnish my wages. I am making regular monthly payments to them through a local law enforcement office. I requested to them since I am making payments they lift the levy. They refused. The savings account is strictly for child support payments(as I am a single parent), and also has another persons name on it. They have not taken any money from either account yet not lifted this levy either. I have had no problems cashing my child support checks or pay checks, I just don't deposit any money and now the bank is saying they may not be able to cash my child support checks anymore. I am at my wits end. Can someone please help?
    Much appreciated.

You can file Motion to Quash the levy against the accounts with the court. If you are paying thought a local law enforcement office call them ask them if they know of any problem.

Let the ecourt know that you are paying them faithfully.
